NEWBORN SESSION INFORMATION

When to Book

Your newborn is best photographed at 7-14 days old. I do photograph up to 5 weeks old so don't stress if you missed the 7 day mark.
I do like to pre book my sessions to make sure you have a scheduled date 1 week from your due date however once your baby is born please contact me as soon as possible to secure your newborn session date.
I am able to accommodate last minute bookings!!
Sessions are scheduled daily around 10:00 am at my home studio in Woodbine. I am extremely flexible as I know newborn babies run the show.

When making a booking, I will send you detailed information of what to bring to the session and what to expect so that there are no surprises.
Depending on which package you choose, your newborn session will be held in my home studio, and can last anywhere from 90 mins to 3 hours.
As your baby loves to be super warm, my studio is warmer than us adults would prefer which allows your baby to be comfortable.
Your baby could sleep straight through (holding thumbs) or fuss and require regular feeding and soothing. I completely understand the unpredictable nature of these sessions and work with you and your baby to ensure we capture these special newborn memories.
I provide a studio space where you feel comfortable to relax and private enough to feed your baby as and when required.
I provide all props, wraps and blankets which are washed in eco-friendly hypoallergenic detergent after each use.

During the first week, one or two sneak peek images from your session will be posted on my Facebook and Instagram pages.
Your session proof images shall be delivered via a personalized online gallery (I use shootproof) in digital format within 3-4 weeks of your session. A full newborn session can yield approximately 80 - 100 proof images.
Once you have selected your favourite images, your final fully edited digital images will be delivered shortly after and can be easily downloaded from your online gallery.
